Puu Two

This is one of our own hybrids—a seedling of Puu Kahea. Like its pod parent, it produces large 4+” flowers (mild, sweet scent) and are similar in shape. However, Puu Two has some white in the blossoms and more reddish-pink, as opposed to mostly yellow with red edges like its mother plant. We have noted over the last several years the colors also change frequently throughout the year. The most brilliant show we have experienced has usually been in the early Fall before the weather completely cools down, but has been tamed of the most brutal summer heat. She’s a good bloomer and can make quite a show with large inflorescences. ROOTED—-NOT GRAFTED—-Plants measures 13″-16″ tall.
