This document is required by most countries to import live plants.  You will need to purchase this phytosanitary certificate if you are an international customer and the following apply:

1. You are importing live plants,
2. You have met the minimum purchase requirements listed here: https://www.bradsbudsandblooms.com/international-orders/,
3. Your country requires a phytosanitary certificate to import plants
