Another GREAT plumeria graft. Always well packed with wet paper around the roots in a plastic bag. The graft was 19″ long . Well beyond what I expected. I will always give Brads Bud And Bloom 5 stars. Have not had a bad plant yet. Follow the instruction and your plants will thrive. Can’t wait for it to bloom next year.
