Ruby Blue- A rare & special variety!

This beautiful lavender-purple plumeria produces large bunches of sweetly fragrant 3.5″ blossoms. The color fades to an almost blue color, which makes a nice contrast to the newly opened darker ones. Very unique! This is not a common variety and is available in extremely limited quantities.  GRAFTED plants.
