PLEASE NOTEIf you place an order and fail to receive an email confirmation, please be sure to check your email spam or junk mail folder.  Some email providers (e.g. Yahoo, Hotmail) routinely send our emails to the spam folder rather than the inbox.  Also, after locating any of our emails in the junk mail folder, please be sure to mark them as “not spam” in order to ensure that future emails, including tracking notifications, arrive to your inbox.  Thanks! 




All plant orders will ship within 7 days of receipt via USPS Priority or Express Mail with delivery confirmation, which normally takes 2-3 days (please note that we may ship on multiple days of the week during busier periods).  All plants are carefully packaged and shipped bare-root, unless otherwise indicated. Please understand that seller assumes no responsibility for lost plants. Seed orders are also shipped via USPS, and customer feedback has been that our plumeria seed germination rate is excellent! However, please understand that while the seeds we sell are fresh and viable, we cannot guarantee a specific germination rate for seeds.

Also, international customers ordering seeds: please be aware that transit times can be widely variable, with first class shipping sometimes taking several weeks or more. If urgency of delivery is important to you, please select either the Priority Mail International or Priority Express Mail International option. If you select first class mail, we ask that you please have patience and understand that this is a slower delivery method.


Defective plants (i.e. ones that die) may be returned for a refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase. In order to receive refund or replacement, original plant must be returned to seller in its entirety. Once plant is received, buyer will be reimbursed for purchase price and return shipping. If a replacement is desired, seller will cover shipping cost of new plant, but not return shipping. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
