Description

This lovely and unusual plumeria has 3.5″,star-shaped, and bright yellow flowers; highlighted by a creamy edge and dark red band on back side of the petals. The flower buds look like yellow and red, swirly candy canes before opening. This lovely plumeria also has a pleasing and VERY strong, sweet cinnamon candy fragrance. Rooted plants– 13″ – 16″ tall from soil line.
