The beautiful 4″ blooms have a startling effect when you see them for the first time due to the lovely contrast of streaky, rose-pink petals with an amazing golden center. It was love at first sight when we first encountered this plumeria in full bloom! She will  have the same effect on you too!  THIS IS A LARGER ROOTED 6-TIP Plant (NOT Grafted) measuring approx. 23″ tall.  It is too large (& wide) to ship, therefore is local pickup only.
