This is a gorgeous and brilliant red plumeria from Malaysia. Blossoms are 3.5″, appear in large clusters, and have a lovely sweet fragrance. ROOTED PLANTS (not grafted) by Kukiat in Thailand and are 13-16″ from the soil line. A real winner!
