Little Rainbow
Description
This brightly and vividly colored plumeria is not a dwarf but is fairly compact in growth habit. Flowers are pink, white, gold and orange and around 3″ wide with a sweet jasmine fragrance. Grafted plants 12″-17″ measured from the soil line.
