This uniquely beautiful and new Thai plumeria for 2013 has 3.5″ bright red blooms with an almost star shape and a very firm and thick petal texture. What’s really different about this plumie is that the mature flowers develop a white stripe down the center of each petal, adding a really alluring contrast.
